Service Description

Please note that the single class price is $20.00 plus HST ($2.60) which totals $22.60. NOTE: This late session will run only when 3 or more people book. If the session is undersubscribed it will be cancelled by 4pm on the same day and attendees will be refunded. QuadRipple offers Matwork classes for 6 people. Small class size ensures lots of individual attention which in turn facilitates speedy progression. The pace is moderate, and appropriate for all fitness levels yet will be challenging and will tone muscles, strengthen the core and provide an invigorating full body workout.
